Arch Air Services is a locally owned heating and cooling company based in St. Ann, Missouri. We started in April 2006 when our founder, Ian Rutherford, set out to bring back what too many HVAC companies were losing: quality workmanship, clear communication, and real customer care.
Ian built his career as a lead installer and senior service technician. After seeing more companies push quick, impersonal sales over doing the job right, he opened Arch Air with a simple promise: show up prepared, explain the options, quote the price up front, and stand behind the work.
Today we’re a growing team serving homes and businesses across St. Louis County and St. Charles County. In 2020, Ian’s longtime friend Bryan Lusk joined as a partner, helping strengthen our service department so every customer gets personal attention. Whether it’s a repair, a maintenance visit, or a full system install, we work on all major brands and aim to get it done right the first time.

Most breakdowns don’t happen out of nowhere—so we offer maintenance plans that keep small problems from turning into emergency calls.
- Two maintenance visits each year to keep your system running safer and more efficiently.
- Repair discounts with memberships: Silver (10%), Gold (20%), Platinum (50%).
- Service warranty: if we recommend and complete the repair and it breaks down again the rest of the season, you don’t pay a diagnostic/service call fee for us to return.
